Everything you need is there with high quality fixture and fittings. Gave me a few decoration ideas. Stanhope is a lovely place with plenty of walks nearby. Go and get some bath salts from the shop by the bug behind the Dales center. Such a helpful lady. Lots of day trips accessible and overall a really good place to chill. Can see us returning.

The property is fun and quirky and the hot tub is great to have. The quirky heating share with the upstairs property and being unable to turn off some radiators meant it was a little uncomfortable and stuffy to come back to. I would come back to Stanhope castle for sure but may consider one of the other properties... and already recommended to others

The accommodation itself was stunning as well as the grounds it was set in and the little lad never found himself bored with the playpark on the back garden! Along with that the village itself, Stanhope, was a beautiful little village with absolutely everything you would need right on your doorstep. Quite literally a perfect trip away and one we’ll 100% do again.
